5 questions on rates, deposits and how to reserve

Your rent covers everything you need: AC, TV, high-speed WiFi, geyser, wardrobe, work table & chair, refrigerator, water dispenser, laundry service (both wash & iron), gym access, TT table, foosball & carrom, common workspace, daily room and washroom cleaning, bedsheet changes, power backup, microwave, sandwich maker, egg boiler, bread toaster, and kitchen access. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are also included. Electricity is the only item billed separately via your room's prepaid meter.
Single sharing / private room: ₹30,000/month. Twin sharing: ₹16,000 per person/month. Triple sharing: ₹13,000 per person/month. All prices are all-inclusive except electricity.
You can schedule a property visit first by calling or WhatsApp messaging us at 905-943-4949. Once you've visited and selected your room, we'll send you payment details. A room is only confirmed upon payment of the booking amount.
₹10,000 for single sharing and ₹5,000 for twin and triple sharing rooms. This amount is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled, but is adjusted against your security deposit if you proceed.
One month's rent is required as security deposit. For example, if you're taking a twin sharing room at ₹16,000/month, the deposit is ₹16,000. The booking amount you paid is adjusted against this deposit.

Stay & Policies

4 questions on lock-in, notice and rent terms

The lock-in period is 2 months. This is the minimum duration you're required to stay. If you decide to leave before completing the lock-in period, you'll be charged rent for the remaining days on a pro-rata basis.
You need to give 1 month's notice before vacating, which can only be served after completing the 2-month lock-in period. Notice must be given via WhatsApp message — verbal notice is not accepted. If you don't serve the full notice, rent for remaining days is payable on a pro-rata basis.
Your deposit will be refunded on the same day you vacate, after the management completes a property inspection. A one-time maintenance charge will be deducted: ₹1,500 for triple sharing, ₹2,000 for twin sharing, and ₹2,500 for single sharing. The deposit cannot be used as payment for the notice period or last month's rent.
Rent is due by the 5th of every month. A late fee of ₹200 per day applies after the 5th. If rent isn't received by the 15th, a 7-day eviction notice will be served. You'll receive an invoice via the community app each month and can pay via net banking, debit/credit card or online wallet.

Yes! Westside Coliving warmly welcomes males, females and couples. We are an inclusive community designed for young working professionals from all backgrounds.
Yes, guests can visit you in the common lobby area. Guests are not allowed inside rooms, except for parents or spouses (marriage proof document required). Overnight stays for visitors are at the management's discretion.
Housekeeping includes sweeping and mopping, cleaning of bathrooms, cleaning of doors and window panes, and dusting of furniture. This is provided every day except Sundays and national holidays. Bedsheets are changed regularly.
Laundry is picked up twice a week by an external vendor with unlimited garments per pickup. The service includes both washing and pressing (ironing). Laundry service is included in your monthly rent at no extra cost.
All rooms have prepaid electricity meters. You'll receive login credentials to recharge your specific room's meter. Electricity is not included in rent and is charged based on actual usage. Any unused balance in your meter is not refunded upon vacating.
Smoking and alcohol are not allowed inside rooms or common areas. A designated smoking area is available at the parking. Other banned substances are strictly prohibited. Violation results in immediate eviction with 30 minutes' notice.

Food

3 questions on meal timings and kitchen rules

Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Lunch: 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM. Dinner: 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Office lunch packs can be collected from 7:30 AM. Please eat meals within the designated timings.
Cafeteria food (prepared by the kitchen) cannot be taken to rooms — a ₹2,000 maintenance charge applies if found. However, outside food that you purchase yourself is allowed in rooms. Please clean up and dispose of waste properly.
Gas or electric stoves in rooms are strictly prohibited — a ₹1,000 penalty applies if found. The common kitchen area has all the appliances you need (microwave, sandwich maker, egg boiler, bread toaster). Please clean utensils after use; unhygienic use attracts a ₹500 maintenance charge.

We are located at Plot No 990 & 991, Ayyappa Society, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081. This is in the heart of Hyderabad's IT corridor, very close to Mindspace, Knowledge City, T-Hub, Salarpuria Sattva, Skyview, Dallas Centre, Siemens, BOA and Inorbit Mall.
Westside Coliving is just minutes away from Mindspace Business Park. It's one of the closest premium co-living options to Madhapur's major IT hubs, making your daily commute extremely easy and convenient.
